Is this the WAY ?? Shame

The suspension of Durga Shakti Nagpal may have been over an illegally mined and traded commodity but there are other civil servants like her with sadder - and far more bizarre stories to tell.

Lakshminarayana was among the toppers in Civil Services. Keen to work for the CBI, he opted to be deputed to the agency as DIG in Hyderabad on June 12, 2006.Nobody knows much about Lakhsminarayana till he took up the investigation against YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. The only time when his name came into focus was during the investigation into the multi-crore accounting fraud by Satyam Ramalinga Raju. And just because he has taken up the Jagan case now, people have started casting aspersions against Lakshminarayana.

IAS officer Ashok Khemka Who raised voice against wrong doing of Robert Vadra and DLF received 'threat calls'.Dr Khemka, who has had 40 transfers in his 20-year-career, says," If these problems are brought in sunshine, probably my decisions would appear to be normal correct. But what happens is, inside, you are guided and directed that behave differently. If you do take an action which you call strong but I would call as correct, and then action is taken against you, it's very demoralising, dehumanising and you feel ashamed of yourself that look, there must be something wrong with you that these things are happening. You get words like 'you don't get along well with others, 'there are shades of grey in life' etc. These kinds of euphemism are created to deviate you from the correct path".

Sonali , the state's senior most woman bureaucrat, was posted as Principal Resident Commissioner of the state in New Delhi On July 31, 2012 the state Cabinet headed by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah shunted her to the J&K Special Tribunal, considered a punishment posting. Sonali's crime? Serving sandwiches and Diet Coke to state government officials who wanted kebabs and biryani. "I am hurt by the decision of the Cabinet. I will work wherever the government posts me."

Thiru U. Sagayam was transferred 19 times in a span of 20 years because of his actions against corrupt activities.....
There are many more bureaucrats who face the bangings of corrupt politicians and end their lives..........

Durga Shakti Nagpal an Indian bureaucrat, civil servant came into public view after launching a massive drive against corruption and illegal sand mining within her jurisdiction of Gautam Budh Nagar. She was later suspended by the Uttar Pradesh government for allegedly demolishing an illegal mosque wall in a village in Greater Noida which resulted in severe opposition as it was perceived to be based on flimsy grounds.

Becoming a bureaucrat is a challenging job taken up by the people who workhard to undergo one of the world's toughest examination i.e IAS and compete with lakhs of people of which hundered are selected !!! Indian govt spends crores of rupees in conducting examinations like IAS,IES,ESE and many more !!!when such talented people are selected for the responsible positions why are they not given the authorities to taken decisions !!! every second due to political influence either they need to alter their statements or end up their lives .SINCERE bureaucrats are transferred from one place to other !!!
